A young non-profit, HBOT4HEROES, in North Carolina is seeking donations to help Veterans receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Allocated funds from the State of North Carolina are being exhausted, and the Veteran waitlist is expected to grow, prompting a nationwide donation plea on this patriotic holiday weekend.

HBOT4Heroes states the following statistic, opening our eyes that veteran suicide is rising at an unfortunate, and rapid rate.
According to the Costs of War Project at Brown University, there have been 30,177 suicides among US service members & Veterans of post-9/11 wars, almost 4 times the number killed in military operations (7,057). Operation Deep Dive, a 2022 America’s Warrior Partnership and Duke University study recently identified that 44 military Veterans die each day from suicide, a number that is 2.4 times higher that what the VA reports as the national suicide rate.
HBOT4Heroes has witnessed a 95% efficacy rate among the ~60 veterans they’ve treated with HBOT, demonstrating that lives have absolutely been and will continue to be saved. Suicidal ideations prove to be completely eliminated after treatments with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
